The Full Story

About the history of 115G

Hello, my name is Laura Eaton, and I am one of the Owners of 115G. I co-own this property with my mother and sister.

The Early Days

My grandparents were one of the original owners of Palmetto Palms in 1980.  My Family and I spent most of our spring breaks with my grandparents, at Palmetto. We mastered shuffleboard, sand volleyball, and navigating one-way streets, and we have so many fond memories there.

Ownership Transiston

In 2011, after over 30 years as snowbirds, my grandparents could no longer make the trip, so ownership was transferred to my mother, sister, and me.  My parents maintained the snowbird tradition and relationships at Palmetto. My sister and I, now adults with our own families, continued to travel down to stay and visit.

G115 After the Hurricanes

After the huricanes my parents (who are not RV'ers) decided not to rebuild. However, we are not ready to let go of the little piece of Palmetto. So we have decided to rent this precious piece of concrete, hopefully giving others memories to last a lifetime.
